Oremea is operated by Michelle Fourie. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oremea. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

Oremea provides guided reflection experiences, relational exploration, and AI-supported insights. These Services are designed for personal development and self-reflection.

Oremea is not a therapy service, medical service, or professional advisory service. No content provided through the platform should be considered a substitute for professional care.

4. No Guarantees

Oremea does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to personal growth, emotional change, relationship outcomes, or life results.

Your experience depends on your own engagement, interpretation, and actions.

5. Payments and Access

Certain features of Oremea require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Paystack.

Access to paid features is granted upon successful payment and may be time-limited or experience-based depending on the offering.

Due to the digital and experiential nature of the Services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at Oremea’s sole discretion.

You agree to use the platform respectfully and responsibly. You may not use Oremea to harm, harass, manipulate, or exploit others.

Oremea reserves the right to suspend or remove access for users who violate these principles.

8. AI-Generated Content

Certain features, including Mirror, use AI to generate responses based on user input. These outputs are interpretive and should not be treated as factual, authoritative, or definitive.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oremea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oremea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
